I’m giving 3 stars only because of the excellent support staff at KIT – they are truly gems. However, when it comes to Maneksh GM, I feel he should be more professional in his interactions with customers. His communication often comes across as aggressive and poorly handled, which discourages me from reaching out to him. I try to avoid involving him in any situation, as the way he conveys information feels unprofessional.
