A smallish place located on a side street near Shinjo station, this is a good place for a party. I've been here a few times for drinking parties as it's run by the relatives of a friend of a friend and this place has never disappointed. I can't speak to any sort of regular menu, unfortunately, but if it's as good as the party menu it will not disappoint. The party menu is a course menu of about 8 things, all of which are expertly prepared, and the all you can drink is both well made, strong and quick on the service. The staff is friendly and warm, too. The only reason I don't come here more often is because Shinjo is out of the way. If I lived closer, this would become a regular haunt for me. The place is small, but the staff seems nice enough. I was there for a party and when they brought out a pork chop, the brought me chicken instead since I don't eat pork. What I could eat was average. Maybe the salad and maple toast were the best.
