Key Cafe has two major things going for it: an excellent location and a tremendously efficient drive-thru service. If you are looking for a quick, grab-and-go experience, this is a solid 5-star option. The speed and convenience are truly their strongest assets. However, as a cafe experience for a customer who wants to sit down, it falls flat. The reason for the 3-star average rating is the unfortunate lack of public Wi-Fi. In an age where almost every competitor offers free internet access, having none makes the indoor seating almost useless for anyone who needs to work, study, or even just save their mobile data. Essentially, you are paying for the convenience of the drive-thru and the physical location. If you planned on staying a while with a laptop, look elsewhere.
