I went to Keyaki-san in New Otani Makuhari. A slightly luxurious birthday lunch. The menu is below. ≪Menu≫ ・Organic salad from Uenohara Herb Garden and garden salad from Ebihara Farm “Ebi Vege” ・Clam chowder made with soy milk and ginger ・Plancha-grilled seasonal fish, braised winter vegetables with the flavor of seafood ・Tajine made with “shrimp veggies” and extra dashi soup from Ebihara Farm ・Wagyu minute steak 80g ・Garlic rice/pickled vegetables ・Miso bowl ・New Otani special sorbet ・Drinks after meals The most impressive thing was the vegetable soup stock!! ️This is delicious, gentle on the body, and I couldn't resist trying it for the first time. I'd like a second helping. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
