落ち着いた和モダンな店内で、ガヤガヤしすぎずゆっくり食事が楽しめる一軒。名物の厚切り牛タンはザクッとした食感と旨みが印象的。ネギタンは数種のスパイスを効かせた塩だれが良く、山椒が効いたタン先もクセになる味わい。タンサガリの赤身感や厚切りハラミの柔らかさも良く、〆の和風冷麺で口の中がすっきり。タン好きはもちろん、静かに焼肉を楽しみたい日におすすめ。神保町で覚えておきたいお店。 A calm, Japanese modern-style restaurant where you can enjoy yakiniku without the usual noise and crowds. The signature thick-cut beef tongue has a satisfying crunchy texture and deep umami. The negi-tan, seasoned with a house-made salt sauce blended with several spices, is especially flavorful, while the sansho-seasoned tongue tip offers a pleasantly addictive kick. Lean and fresh tan-sagari and perfectly balanced thick-cut harami stand out as well. To finish, the refreshing Japanese-style cold noodles cleanse the palate beautifully. Very nice restaurant with charcoal grill on each table (Yakiniku). Ordering via tablet goes easy and the restaurant offers a variety of different meats. Especially I recommend the wagyu beef which tastes excellent. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
