Kfc is pretty near Holywood Arches Library. Clients don't highly appreciate chicken at this fast food. Food delivery is a big plus of Kfc. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is inattentive here. Based on the guests' opinions, this place is well known for its fine service. On Facebook, this spot hasn't gained a high rating.

Stood for over twenty minutes for to order my food, then took an additional fifteen minutes until I received my order, when speaking to the manager I was obviously very upset due to health issues I was unable to stand for long periods of time, yet even though the manager could see I was upset, he instead made the situation worse and claimed I swore at him, I swore but not at him, I swore out of frustration, of course waiting half an hour with a busted foot and I’m expected to be happy, while delivery drivers walk up and get food right away, the manager did not try to de-escalate the situation and made matters worse, I will never be going to this kfc or any other in the future, spend a lot of money for bad customer service and long waiting times, I advise anyone to not go to connswater kfc.

delivery was fast but 3 items missin and wrong drinks came with the order the portion of chips that came the meals had most 10 chips in them keep giving them the benefit but this place constantly disappoints

Get their orders right. This is the 2nd time in 2 separate places they have gotten orders wrong. Ordered the new gravy chicken burger which is supposed to come with a hash brown to pour gravy over and all I got was a basic chicken burger with a slice of cheese, gravy mayo sauce and piece of chicken and chips and tub of gravy. Not happy.
