Dear Manager, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a staff member, Kaman, who works the morning shift at your KFC Hulme (Greenheys Lane West) location. This morning, I personally witnessed her behavior toward customers, and it was completely unacceptable. She spoke in a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful manner, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. This does not appear to be an isolated incident, but a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct. Customer-facing staff are expected to maintain basic standards of courtesy and respect. At present, this standard is clearly not being met, and it is negatively affecting the customer experience and the reputation of your store. I was charged for a meal and 2 piece of chicken half my order was missing when I got home not sure what the problem with the drive thru the only way to get a complete meal in this branch is using app Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
