The cook obviously does not know how to cook. There is nothing more to add. Waffles and crepes are so undercooked it is hard to imagine how they are able to produce anything like that. French fries do not look/taste like french fries. I think there is 1 cook and you have to wait until he serves the people ahead of you and only then does he start cooking your order.
