Khalva

Khalva, an oriental establishment located by the Kama river in Perm, offers good quality typical oriental cuisine at a reasonable price. While the entrance may be hidden, the interior design is pleasant with various private and open seating areas, and a stunning view of the river from the second floor tables. The recent renovation has eliminated any unpleasant kitchen smells. However, the service approach of not serving all guests at the table at once or with short intervals can be frustrating for some. Khalva is recommended for family lunches where sharing food is possible while waiting for other dishes.

The menu offers a variety of dishes such as hinkali chakapuli, shakhlo, and Uzbek plov, alongside delicious cocktails and soft drinks like lemonade. Wine and vodka bottles start at 1500 rubles. Outdoor seating is available on the summer terrace, and there is a children's play area with an animator. Khalva is a fine dining spot suitable for romantic dates or celebrating special occasions with groups of guests.
