"We booked for 14 people on a Saturday over the phone. The person who spoke to me was very friendly, but when we entered the restaurant, it was completely different. Both staff members were very rude. When we went to the table, we realized we got one for 15 people, so we asked for an extra chair, but she refused to give us one. Her excuse was they were fully booked today. We can understand the situation, but all the time we were there, a few tables were empty. The food was great, but the service was very bad. I suggest keeping one or two folding chairs in case of an emergency." Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ended up at Khao San Eatery & Bar on a spur moment choice have dinner after work and we notice this restaurant had very recently opened from renovation. The decor of the restaurant was industrial chic meets Asian street fusion and the ambiance was very relaxed and intimate. Staff was most attentive as we managed to get a table ahead of a busy night of reserved tables.We tried the Wa Zap Sashimi which was beautifully vibrant and zingy in flavour to compliment the white fish, Lime & Chili Salmon which was simply heavenly and my favorite salmon dish I’ve had in a long while and the Beef Salad. The wine list was great too as I enjoyed a glass of Lochaburn Pinot Noir.This was a fantastic find and being a Thai cuisine lover, I most definitely will return to try more of the menu! Highly recommended!
