I really wanted to enjoy this place, as I love Georgian cuisine and was looking forward to trying the khinkali and khachapuri. The food was decent and enjoyable, although it wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable. However, unfortunately, the service really affected the overall experience. The waitress who served us was very unfriendly and seemed irritated throughout our interaction. At one point, I wanted to know her name so I could address the situation properly, but she covered her name badge, which I found quite unprofessional and uncomfortable. I completely understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but basic politeness and a welcoming attitude are important, especially in a restaurant. Good food can only go so far when the customer feels uncomfortable because of the service. Overall, the food was okay, but the service was disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because with more attentive and friendly service, the experience could be much better. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: €30–35
