We chose this venue to celebrate our child's birthday because it seemed like a fun place for young children and older children in the family. Unfortunately, while the concept is great, the customer service and overall party experience were extremely disappointing. The first issue occurred when a child who had literally just turned 3 years old the week before was quietly playing by himself in the toddler area with the toy cars and trucks. Because he looked older than 2, staff told him he couldn't be there and removed him. He wasn't being rough, disruptive, or bothering anyone. It was upsetting and unnecessary to single out such a young child based solely on how old he appeared. It doesn’t make sense to let a child in the toddler area then kick him out once he’s playing. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of organization during our party. When it was time to eat, I asked our party host about getting drinks. He appeared too busy to help, so I went to the front counter myself. The employee seemed confused about what to do, handed me a pitcher containing only ice, and when I asked whether it needed to be filled at the soda machine, her response was, "I don't know." When I went to fill it, every soda coming from the fountain was watered down. I immediately informed the employee, but she said she didn't know how to fix it and that we had to wait for a manager. It took approximately 25 minutes before the drinks were finally working. During that entire time, our guests were eating without drinks, the children were thirsty, and by the time beverages were finally available, everyone had already finished their meals. My own food was cold by the time I was able to sit down and eat. When I informed our party host about what had happened, there was no apology, no urgency, and no attempt to make the situation right. The delay also pushed back our cake and present schedule, disrupting the timeline of the entire party. Since my husband handled the payment, I'm not even sure whether we were charged additional time because of delays that were entirely caused by the staff. This experience showed a serious lack of customer service, staff training, communication, and party coordination. Employees should know basic party procedures, know how to respond when equipment isn't working, and party hosts should actively manage events instead of leaving guests to solve problems on their own. Food and drinks should be available together not 25 minutes apart. A birthday party is something families spend a lot of money on to create special memories. Unfortunately, instead of enjoying our celebration, we spent much of it trying to resolve problems that should have been handled by the staff. The facility itself is a wonderful concept, but until customer service, employee training, and party hosting improve significantly, I would not recommend booking a birthday party here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that parts of your party did not meet your expectations. Regarding the toddler play area, our policy limits that area to children ages 2 and under. This policy is in place solely for the safety of our youngest guests and is applied consistently to every family. Our team does not make exceptions based on appearance or other factors, and we understand that enforcing age-based safety rules can sometimes be disappointing. We also apologize for the unexpected issue with the soda fountain. Equipment failures can occur, and when they do, our expectation is that our team communicates clearly, responds promptly, and works to minimize any disruption to a guest's event. If we fell short of that expectation, we take that feedback seriously and will use it to continue improving our training and procedures. We have reviewed your concern regarding additional charges related to party time. Our records do not indicate that your party was billed for extra time due to the beverage delay. Our goal is for every family to leave with great memories, and we're disappointed that parts of your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. If you would like to discuss your visit further, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.

Took the grandbaby here and she had a blast. The facility is very clean and professionally run. There's even a nice area for the adults with adult beverages available, if you're so inclined. We will definitely be back.

Visited the Kids Party Ranch for the first time with my daughter, son in law and granddaughter. We had a great time. The play gym is great, staff is awesome and provided great service. They have a special play area for kids two and under. The food we ordered was very good. We ordered pizza, wings, fries. There is a bar if you would like a cold beer, wine or cocktail. Our granddaughter had a great time and we would go again.
