Really rude experience with one member of staff. Stood at the counter and was chatting with my friend the person serving said something that I didn't hear properly as they were wearing a face mask, nor did I realise was directed at us. A few seconds later we were almost shouted at ' Stand There!' as they pointed to a different end of the counter. We moved and ordered our coffees, when they were all down on the counter I asked which was which and was met with something like ' well you've moved them'. ( we hadn't) I had to ask for sugar and one was plopped in the coffees, unstirred. By this point I couldn't be bothered to ask for them to be stirred as I already felt like I'd massively inconvenienced them by ordering coffee.

Kate, so sorry you’ve had this experience, mortified! It’s completely inexcusable - will you let us make it up to you and could we ask for some more information about the incident, dates etc? We can’t seem to send you a message

lovely espresso served on a tray with the glass of water I had asked for, which was then whisked away from me before I'd even finished! not a fan of being rushed out the door.
