I ordered a course. Perhaps because the restaurant was busy, the food didn't arrive quickly, and when it arrived, everything was cold. Since it was a private room, people might have forgotten that it existed. I thought Kikusui would be like this, so I finished my meal and was about to leave when I was about to pay the bill, but I was stopped and received a mild apology. I will never go there again.
