La primera vez que visité el lugar, la atención fue aceptable porque no había mucha gente. Sin embargo, la segunda vez fue una experiencia bastante desagradable. Estaba lleno y el personal de administración fue descortés, con una organización pésima. Incluso uno de ellos comentó que su giro de negocio no es el karaoke, cuando justamente fuimos en grupo por esa actividad. Claramente no están preparados ni tienen interés en brindar un buen servicio cuando hay afluencia de público. Si ven que el lugar está lleno, mejor evítenlo: el mal trato y la falta de profesionalismo no valen la pena. Al parecer, los clientes no son su prioridad.
