Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor, but it wasn't very comfortable for us. The staff kindly arranged a different room on the 5th floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel has no passenger lift. The housekeeping staff kindly helped carry our luggage using the cargo lift while we used the stairs to reach our room. Also, dogs are allowed inside the building, which made us a little uncomfortable as Muslims. Overall, the location is good, the price is affordable, and the staff provided excellent service.

This was were nice experience. The whole house was jewellery and goldsmith shop. There is even museum and original valut there. We got the little room with private bathroom. It was super small, but somehow nice and cozy. The room got everything we could think of. Between floors there are lot of chill areas with sofas, there is shared fridge, washing machine, little gym even. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Scrambled eggs with fresh veggies, toast and sausage.

When visiting Georgetown in Penang Malaysia staying at Kim Haus is a winner. The hospitality from Sumon and the staff is great. The location is a big highlight, as soon as you come out of the front door you are in the mix. Bib Ground and Mechlin restaurants bon every other corner away you.
