Poor customer service , chips were cold.My friend got the fish it had not been cleaned and was very pink. Also overpriced for what u get. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch

We’re sorry you were disappointed. However, we’d like to clarify a few points.The staff were polite and served your order as requested. As the fish was cooked to order, the chips were freshly cooked and served alongside it.The lunchtime mini fish special we serve is (Haddock), which is served with the skin on. This is completely normal and does not mean the fish has not been cleaned. The special costs £7.00 and includes mini fish, chips and peas, curry or gravy, offering good value for freshly cooked food.We take feedback seriously and encourage customers to raise concerns at the time, so we can address them promptly.
