They have top notch customer service and have completely worn my heart, I would continue to purchase from them. Their sausage roll is the best. I had a slight issue with my order and called their attention to it and it was sorted with professionalism. I was really impressed with their level of excellent customer service. Keep it up. Kimberrys is a very intimate and warm space. For those who love the buzzy outdoors, there's seating outside as well, right by the street but not exposed. Located in the heart of Osu-Nyaniba Estate, near Blue Gate. I'd give the food a 10 if this review app allowed it. Simply put, it's Soul Food. There's a lot of attention paid to the last detail in prepping and serving - even the freshness of the veggies is obvious in the taste of the dishes. My first experience, I said to my friend I was with, "the food is alive". The staff are very polite, patient, and pleasant. The owner, Kim, is a wonderful woman and a great conversationalist. When she's around, she engages the guests and caters to them. If you visit when she's around, she'd make one of her special teas and share it with you. Excellent choice of music. It's an experience worth having on the regular.
