Honestly it depends on when we go if the service and food is good. One thing for sure is if I’m coming to a Korean restaurant why are you playing Mexican music? Also the food tastes and flavors vary at this location as well. Some days it’s the amazing kimchi box we love. Other days it don’t taste as good and is almost over cooked and extra spicy when it shouldn’t be. Overall it’s a 2 star for me. If I want to go to a Mexican restaurant I’ll go to one. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

There should be a 0 stars option! Placed a "qualified free delivery order from their website". I put a 2 dollar tip in advance to my sassy fries order at 11:19 am... I called them back at 12:15 pm because it was past expected delivery time (between 11:55am-12:00 pm). And the order status was still on "confirmed". I called and I was told that the order was ready, but nobody came to pick it up! Really?!! I told her your website said it was eligible for free delivery. I asked for a refund and don't think I'm gonna order again. I used their website this time because previously i had two delivery orders done wrong and the excuse was DoorDash rang it up wrong. I gave them the benefit of a doubt those two times, but now I'm thinking Okay if you know the problem, shouldn't your management fix it, so it stops happening?! I do sense there is minimal half-hearted training somewhere and these three instances tell me there is an ongoing system problem that no one is addressing. I'm never ordering from there again until issues are addressed. I have worked at horrible fast food places before when i was naive, but years later now, I don't buy the excuses these places dump on their employees. I don't blame the cashier nor the cooks. Treat your employees well and you will ne rewarded!

Unfortunately this was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever ordered before. They made it fresh and everything, it was still lukewarm when I ate it and the chicken was very dry tough and stringy. The fries were alright but nothing special and not worth the money. I was hoping this food would be good especially since the reviews are great. Maybe it was just an off day but I don't think I would ever come back based on this experience. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
