The chef at this restaurant cooks tasty chicken, turkey and fish. Perfectly cooked peach cobbler have a nice taste. There is spectacular atmosphere at Kimmy’s Soul Food. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I ordered the Honey butter catfish with macaroni n red bean rice....The food was amazing and well cooked...Also gr8 customer service...I have found my go 2 soul food place Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Soul Food

Dressing had huge onion chunks like for a hamburger and gummy. Gravy thick and chunky and Mac n cheese dry. On a Sunday. I never complain about my food. I only tried the sides. But it’s a never again. Potato salad all potatoes. The yams were good. Food: 1 Service: 1

I usually go to the reviews first before ordering from a new place. Had I did so I would have saved myself $30.. ordered some wings and a steak burger thinking how hard could that be to get wrong at a “soul food” restaurant right. WRONG maaan the chicken for one was fried super soft and had no seasoning whatsoever not even the basics and then the steak burgers was overly seasoned with just straight seasoning salt couldn’t even eat the sh!t and to make it even worse something as simple a fries were undone and not seasoned either oh and let’s not forget that dry ass cornbread muffin Food: 1 Service: 1
