Though we would rather help solving the actual issue and make you complelely happy ie remaking the order, provide free delivery, and providing full refund (we always happy to do so), we do understand your frustration and respect your decision.As a small business with genuine intention to serve the community the best we can while also to support local young staffs, we can never be perfect and it is already extremely hard as is so it is quite heartbreaking to see such experience.To give you a bit of context for fairness and full transparency, we did have quite a number of orders that came thru at the same time on the day on top of ongoing technical issue with UberEats application. With that said, we should've indeed informed you of a more accurate wait time so we apologize for that.With your decision, we wish you all best.
