Water sprayed out from the coffee machine and hit me and my brother. Luckily it was not hot water. The staff handling the machine did not apologize. Another waiter did, but the person responsible stayed silent. This is a safety issue. If it was hot water, someone could get injured. Please train staff better and handle equipment carefully. Hello, we spoke to everyone in the team about what happened. The person was fixing a water rinser and he’s not aware there’s anyone at his back and had no clue the water got to you. He’s sincerely apologised and in shocked to know about this.
