Proper pub, say no more as most other pubs are turning into restaurants with a bar.

The King George V is an interesting building. All the staff were helpful and polite and couldn't do enough for us. Our room and ensuite was very clean. You need to be aware that the staircase is steep and twisty but this was on their website.
