Always a sign of quality when there's a casino in the restaurant. Which was weird because their food was actually great, I don't know why they'd be desperate enough to put them there. I'd like to come back, but I just don't want slot machines looming over me while I eat. Meal type: Dinner

INTENTIONAL FOOD TAMPERING & HEALTH HAZARD I am a regular here, but what happened last night (Thursday, May 14th around 8:45 PM) is malicious and illegal. I placed an order at 8:30 PM. When I arrived, the female kitchen staff member said she can't make the food because the grill was of. After a dispute where I asked for a refund, they offered me four cheese pupusas instead. I accepted in good faith. When I got home and opened the bag, I was hit with a revolting, putrid smell. The employee had intentionally substituted the cheese with rotten, spoiled meat. This wasn’t an accident. Handing a customer hazardous, spoiled meat right after a refund dispute is deliberate food tampering. I have already filed a formal report with the Fairfax County Health Department and DoorDash Trust & Safety, and I am prepared to lawyer up if this is not addressed. Management needs to check the logs for the May 14th night shift and terminate this worker immediately. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am writing today to report a severe incident involving a kitchen staff member that has resulted in a dangerous health hazard and intentional customer mistreatment. Incident Details: Location: Reston (Hunters Woods Plaza) Date/Time: Thursday, May 14, 2026, approx. 8:32 PM – 9:00 PM Order Type: DoorDash Summary of Events: I arrived at 8:45 PM for an order placed at 8:32 PM. The female staff member in the kitchen informed me she had not started the order. When I requested a refund due to the delay, the staff stated they could not process it but offered four cheese pupusas as a resolution. I accepted this in good faith. However, upon returning home and opening the bag, I was hit with a revolting, putrid smell. The employee had intentionally substituted the requested cheese pupusas with rotten, spoiled meat. Why this requires immediate termination: This was not a simple kitchen error. I specifically ordered and negotiated for cheese pupusas. For that staff member to provide meat that was visibly spoiled and smelled rotten immediately following a dispute over a refund is a clear act of intentional food tampering and malice. This individual knowingly served hazardous, inedible waste to a customer, posing a massive liability and health risk. I can not tell the meat that they put in side and the smell was too much to take the risk. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
