Went to dinner here recently. Was highly disappointed. My main concern was the service. The staff seemed as if we bothering them. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had to wait regardless of our reservation which isn’t a big deal, we were highly anticipating the meal so didn’t mind the wait. However, when we back to the hostess stand to get an update, a white male (seemed to be the manager) had a horrible attitude. We were seated at a table that wasn’t set. The poor busboy was still trying to put the tablecloth down and looked confused when they brought us to the table. The food was not seasoned. We used the salt and pepper to the best of our ability but it didn’t help much. Our waiter Mike, seemed displeased when he approached us. Idk if he was having a bad day but we definitely felt the energy. To be honest, they seemed racist. The entire staff was white which I initially didn’t notice until I realized the difference in service we received. I hate that we were highly dissatisfied as we were looking forward to a nice night out. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $100+

Food was great, Service was even better! I really enjoyed the HRW menu, everything was flavorful and portioned well. I also enjoyed the level of service not just from our waitress, but all of the staff was attentive and making sure guests were taken care of. I went on a weekday, I will be back.

We had an amazing experience at King Steakhouse! The customer service truly went above and beyond. After my steak arrived, I realized I had forgotten to mention my garlic intolerance. The staff was incredibly understanding and immediately offered to prepare a new steak for me, cooked exactly to my liking. The managers also stopped by to make sure everything came out perfectly and that we were happy with our experience. The food was amazing, and they also have an excellent selection of cocktails and wines. We felt very well taken care of and will definitely be back!
