Fast and attentive service. Fresh sashimi and delicious sushi rice. Ambiance was stellar, our group was big enough that we got to sit in their back room space, which was pretty neat. The only setback was that the shredded radish that came with my order didn't seem 100% fresh and upset my stomach a little, but this was just a minor flaw in an overall nice experience. I came here on a Wednesday and it was decently lively for a weekday. It’s a very nice-sized restaurant with a bar and super quick service. I got the Takoyaki for appetizer and shared three rolls for dinner (Philly, Kama-Ara, and Catepillar). I ordered the takoyaki first then order the rolls and they came out so fast that I had just only finished the takoyaki! The middle-aged waitress we had was super kind and attentive, and a great presence. Rating the food: • takoyaki: 9/10, better than amakara in Dublin! • Philly roll: a little bland in comparison to the two—maybe too much cream cheese made it just too bland or it needed a sauce • Catepillar & Kama-Ara: both tasty and great sauces! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

**Kinja Sushi** If you are looking for top-tier sushi in the East Bay, **Kinja Sushi** is a fantastic choice. The fish is incredibly fresh, and you can tell they take real pride in the artistry of their plates. The Roll Selection We sampled a variety of rolls that showcased both traditional flavors and creative flair: The Rainbow Roll: A stunning presentation featuring real crab, avocado, and cucumber, topped with a colorful assortment of fresh fish and unagi. Each piece offers a different flavor profile. Unakyu & Salmon Avocado Rolls: The Unakyu (Eel) is perfectly glazed with a rich unagi sauce, while the Salmon Avocado remains a clean, classic favorite with melt-in-your-mouth fish. The Specialty Toppings: From the fresh jalapeño heat to the bright citrus notes of lemon and micro-greens, every roll is seasoned and garnished to perfection. The Experience Presentation: Every dish is plated with excellent attention to detail. It’s almost too beautiful to eat! Service: The staff is attentive and professional, making the entire dining experience smooth and welcoming. **Rating:** **Vibe:** Modern, clean, and tasty. **Location:** 2505 San Ramon Valley Blvd, San Ramon, CA.
