Rooftop restaurant, picturesque view, downtown Ruse. A decent variety of foods and beverages, different quality. Decent prices. The Shopska I took last time was excellent, but the pork neck was a bit gristly. Personnel is helpful and polite, though few of them speak English.

The food was very bad : Chicken with carrots..very sweet and artificial. The salad was kind ok, a big portion but a bit too oily. The beer not very fresh..Nice view though
