The milk soft serve ice cream was delicious but a bit too big! The wait is a bit much at the airport being more than half an hour. Staff were very lovely though.

As I was waiting for my flight at the New Chitose Airport, I went on a side quest…. Everyone talks about Kinotoya (and yes — the swirl is HUGE), but the line was like 25+ minutes!!! Worth it? Maybe. The “Tall” serving also means that the soft cream is served as “hard” to achieve the height and keep it from melting. When I tried Jersey Brown (3Floor) it was completely different experience: Super rich, creamy and SOFT (it is in the name "SOFT SERVE") best of all shorter line . Honestly, this feels like a classic case of hype vs hidden gem. If you’re passing through the airport: Try BOTH and decide for yourself. #Team_Kinotoya or #Team_JerseyBrown? Curious what others think
