店主さんの人柄がとても良く、初めてでも安心できる温かい雰囲気のお店です。 店内は少し手狭ですが、そのぶん趣きがあり、落ち着いて料理を楽しめました。 注文したのは、 かぼちゃほうとう・きのこほうとう・うまもつ煮・とりもつ煮 の4品。 どれも丁寧に作られていて、味わい深く、山梨の土地の力強さを感じられる料理でした。 馬もつ煮は驚くほど柔らかく臭みがなく、 鶏もつ煮は生から調理してくれるため香ばしさと照りが絶妙。 ほうとうは具材がたっぷりで、味噌の出汁が身体にすっと染みる優しい味わいでした。 二人でゆっくりと味わいながら、 とても美味しく、記念に残る素敵な時間を過ごせました。 山梨に来たら、またぜひ立ち寄りたいお店です。 The owner has a wonderful personality, creating a warm atmosphere where even first-time visitors feel at ease. The interior is a bit compact, but that adds to its charm, allowing us to relax and enjoy the food. We ordered four dishes: Pumpkin Hoto Noodles, Mushroom Hoto Noodles, Braised Horse Offal, and Braised Chicken Offal. Each was meticulously prepared, deeply flavorful, and truly embodied the robust character of Yamanashi's local cuisine. The horse offal stew was surprisingly tender with no unpleasant odor, while the chicken offal stew, cooked from raw, had an exquisite aroma and glossy finish. The hoto noodles were generously loaded with ingredients, and the miso broth had a gentle flavor that soothed the body. We savored everything slowly together, enjoying a truly delicious and memorable time. If you visit Yamanashi, this is definitely a place I'd love to stop by again.
