昆布水つけめんをいただきました。テーブルに置いてある、お店が提案してくれる食べ方がどれも完成度が高いです。 出汁の旨みと麺の香りが絶妙に絡み合い、味の変化を楽しみながら最後まで飽きません。 姉妹店の「にしの」もお気に入りですが、こちらの金龍も自分の舌にぴったり。丁寧に仕上げられたチャーシューも、スープで温めると甘みが増してさらに美味しいです。 初めて訪れる方には、麺の量を少し多めにして、いろいろな食べ方を試してみるのがおすすめです。 並んで列があるときは、勝手に食券を買わず、店の指示に従ってください。購入した順だと順番が分かりづらく、トラブルのもとになります。 席数は7席と少ないため、人気店で待っている人も多いです。食べ終わったら、だらだらおしゃべりしたり、スマートフォンでネットサーフィンをしたりせず、速やかに退店しましょう。 お客だとしても、並んでいる方々への思いやりや配慮も大切です。ゆっくり話したい場合は、食後にコーヒーショップなどへ行くのがよいと思います。 I had the kombu-water tsukemen here, and it was excellent. The different ways of enjoying the dish suggested on the table are all thoughtfully designed and very well executed. The umami of the dashi and the aroma of the noodles blend beautifully, and the changing flavors keep things interesting until the very last bite. I also like their sister shop “Nishino,” but Kinryu suits my taste perfectly as well. The carefully prepared chashu is also wonderful—when you warm it in the soup, its natural sweetness becomes even more pronounced. For first-time visitors, I recommend ordering a slightly larger portion of noodles so you can try the different ways of enjoying them. If there’s a line, please follow the staff’s instructions before purchasing a ticket. Buying tickets on your own can make it difficult to keep track of the order and may cause confusion. There are only seven seats, and since it’s a popular shop, people are often waiting. After finishing your meal, please avoid lingering to chat or browsing on your phone and kindly leave the seat for the next guest. Being considerate of those waiting is important.
