Amazing tantanmen and gyoza. I searched for a welcoming place with amazing ramen and found it. Very friendly and kind to a non-Japanese speaker. A must stop in Shima. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kinsei's tandan noodles, which I sometimes find myself craving, are unique tandan noodles that can only be found here. It's best if you eat the noodles and then add a small bowl of rice to the soup. It takes quite a while from ordering to coming out.
