We ordered an Evian and a fried noodle with pork and crab. Delicious! (I was too hungry and forgotten to take the photo). The sitting area is clean and ambience is well lit and cozy. There are plenty of power points for charging mobile phones and laptops. It’s located on at upper floor of the boarding gates, where you may access to the restaurant by escalator next to Gucci store. Dietary restrictions: The service staff who took my order asked whether I am allergic to any kind of food in my noodles. I had the opportunity to enjoy an incredible culinary experience at the Kirei by Kabuki restaurant, located at the Madrid airport. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel welcome. The variety of niguiris and temakis they offer is exceptional. The niguiris were perfectly prepared, with lightly pressed rice balls and fresh, high-quality fish. The tuna, in particular, melted in your mouth and tasted delicious. The presentation of the niguiris was impeccable, showing the attention to detail and care put into each dish. The temakis also deserve a special mention. They were filled with perfectly seasoned rice and generously stuffed with fresh ingredients. The balance of flavors and textures in each bite was exceptional. The tuna temaki, in particular, was a real gem, with the fresh, flavourful fish wrapped in crispy nori seaweed. The service at Kirei by Kabuki was friendly and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the dishes and was able to provide recommendations based on our preferences. Despite being located in an airport, the restaurant maintained high quality standards in both food and service. Overall, my experience at Kirei by Kabuki at Madrid airport was exceptional. The niguiris and temakis were delicious and you can tell they make an effort to offer high quality dishes.
