We held a farewell party for a senior who took care of us at Restaurant Kirin. Although the location is a little difficult to find, it has the atmosphere of a very beautiful Japanese restaurant with the scent of incense coming from the entrance. There are many counters and private rooms. This restaurant is famous for its tongue shabu served in a crystal pot, but the soup stock and tofu are also delicious. When you dip the beef tongue in quickly, it has a crunchy texture, and although it is light, it is full of beef flavor. This is going to be popular! Everything except the tongue shabu was delicious, and the potato salad was made with coarsely ground minced meat and had a wonderful crispy texture. The sashimi is thick, sticky, aged, and well-seared, making it delicious. The fried bean curd that I tried for the first time was good and elegant, and I like the grilled squid and mushrooms, which have a strong garlic and basil flavor similar to ajillo. Also, this squid is surprisingly plump. To be honest, the drinks were slow to come out, but it was a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere and a sense of their commitment to the quality of the ingredients.
