My first stop was Mito Station. The station was busier than I expected. There are a lot of young people and I can feel the energy. I wanted to feel the breath of this historic town, so I found Kirsch, an Italian restaurant, when I was wandering around looking for a small shop that wasn't overly focused on special products. One of the few shops in Miyashita Ginza that is open even on Sundays. The calm atmosphere inside the restaurant reminds me of the Italian restaurant I used to go to in Daikanyama. There are nearly 30 types of cheese, and it's fun just thinking about which one to order. After all, it would be difficult to find a shop in Ibaraki that sells Ossoirati from the Pyrenees. It has a sweet and exquisite taste reminiscent of sheep's milk. I can't help but drink wine. The prosciutto and duck ham salad is hearty and you can enjoy it slowly without getting bored. The menu looked delicious, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy them all because I stopped at the second restaurant. But this is also the real pleasure of traveling. It was a feast. I'll come back later.
