Chanced upon this place. The owner was very warmhearted and welcoming, even though we could not speak much Japanese. The food was wonderful. We had some very elevated dishes like the issaki Acqua Panna. Even the fried chicken with chips was excellent - soft, juicy, and crispy. It felt like a high class omakase restaurant.
