We had the pleasure of dining here during our recent travels through Japan. This restaurant was by far the most memorable and delicious of everywhere we visited. In fact, this is one of the best restaurants we have visited anywhere in the world. The atmosphere is very elegant and calm. There is plenty of seating for both large and small groups. The menu is only in Japanese, however the staff were very helpful with recommendations. My partner and I ordered the 5 piece yakitori, potato salad, and ramen. The yakitori is served one by one, with the perfect amount of time between each serving to enjoy the flavors. It is grilled over charcoal to give it a wonderful smokey flavor. The potato salad was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend everyone order the potato salad. The ramen was also delicious. The broth takes several hours to produce and the result is the most flavorful ramen available. Overall, this is a restaurant that I will remember forever. I am looking forward to my next trip to Japan so that I may experience this restaurant once again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
