A nice breakfast from kismet was unfortunately not in it for us. Ordered by phone at 12 noon 12:30 we were allowed to pick it up 12:30 arrived at the business then waited another 15 min 12:45 order received once arrived at home yes received the wrong order. Contacted the manager in the service by telephone, you are told that you should not order for ten euros, especially if the store is full of other customers, then you, as a collector, get the short end of the stick back to the store, otherwise the order was 20 euros and instead of looking for a solution for the mistake made by the restaurant, you would rather say the door and give them your money back there you are with your child who has been waiting for breakfast for hours and we order every week for an average of 60 euros at this restaurant we can not understand that Kismet Lokanta treat customers like this I am incidentally a Moroccan young man perhaps did not think I would leave a review so you should be ashamed of yourself fortunately the owner could see that we do not care at all money went because you can keep those 20 euros and even placed an anonymous order on top of € 26 - just for the review on home delivery.
