Little mom and pop place. Felt like a lot of locals go to just hang out. Went to Aizu back in 2019 but never tried it. This made me want to go back and make amends for the failed trip. The Aizu chicken sauce katsu was great. The sauce was rich and slightly sweat. The chicken was first deep fried and then took a bath in the sauce. The foundation was a bed of rice topped with shredded cabbage. The sauce katsu finally went on top. Since the sauce is quite rich, it can be overhelming. But chasing each bite with the cabbage helped make it less overwelming. Definitely worth going.
