Looking at the front of the restaurant in a strip mall, you wouldn’t expect such a cheery, cozy and welcoming environment on the other side of the door. Grab a coffee and pastry to go, relax on a couch in the front, or request a table. The coffee is smooth and the food is delicious. Kitchen Garden is my favorite place in State College. Everything I've had from the menu is excellent. The full Turkish breakfast is a must for 2 big or 3 small appetites. Service has always been friendly and personable. Decor and atmosphere are a little odd but charming, reminds me of an old diner in Miami. I try to go every weekend. Exploring the menu is currently my favorite hobby. Town is lucky to have them and I hope they thrive a long time here.
