Went for a casual dinner and it was so good! I am still dreaming of the clams special which we devoured without taking a photo. The duck confit was sizable yet tender and the beef perfectly done. They toasted a nice gluten free rice bread for me. Very nice to see Chef Kamimura and his wife creating and serving delicious food again. The Hirafu village location next to Chatrium is convenient. We had a wonderful time at The Kitchen. It’s a hidden gem in Niseko that offers a relaxed vibe and friendly service that you don't always find in the area.
