Went for a casual dinner and it was so good! I am still dreaming of the clams special which we devoured without taking a photo. The duck confit was sizable yet tender and the beef perfectly done. They toasted a nice gluten free rice bread for me. Very nice to see Chef Kamimura and his wife creating and serving delicious food again. The Hirafu village location next to Chatrium is convenient. I wish there was a Kitchen in my home city! Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful time at The Kitchen. It’s a hidden gem in Niseko that offers a relaxed vibe and friendly service that you don't always find in the area. The food was the highlight—truly delicious and executed to perfection. It easily became our favorite spot of the entire trip. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an amazing dinner, outstanding service from the front of house team, super friendly, informed yet discreet. The food was incredible such a tightrope of balance, flavour, presentation and every dish was immaculate. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
