ヘルシーレストラン&カフェ 然の膳 (ZEN no ZEN) 健康志向の高い方にオススメ JCHO神戸中央病院内 診察受付フロアから階段等を使い地下一階相当階。 メイン階段を下りて真正面に位置。 病院の診察受診者、入院患者さんの区別なく自由に訪問して食事が出来ます 車椅子での入店も可能(実際に見掛けました) 営業時間(2023年12月現在) 09:30～14:00(L.O.) 土日祝 お休みです。 春に行った時は、平日営業11:00～17:00でした。 私は、こちらの化学調味料不使用『薬膳ほうれん草カレー』が好きで、レトルトパウチされた持ち帰り用を必ず購入しています なにせ、身体に良さそうで美味しい(^∇^) 毎回、グリーンカレーって言ってしまう チキンエキスは使われていますが、お肉は入っていませんよ。 奈良県にある田村薬草園オススメの、ほうれん草、ローレル、レモングラス、大和当帰なんかが入ってますよ。 とりあえずのオススメ 薬膳ほうれん草カツカレー 薬膳ホットサンド 然の膳 チャーハン&唐揚げ ホットサンドは、A.M.11:00を過ぎると売り切れになっている事があるので注意が必要です。 然の膳は、他の場所にもあるけど、病院内のレストランにほぼ出店が限定されてるから、なかなか巡り合う事がない上に、平日の昼間の営業だから、病院へ行く機会がない限り難しいんですよねぇ。 身体に優しい味の食事がしたい時に、その時の気分に合ったメニューを注文してみては？ ※JCHO神戸中央病院で健康診断、各種人間ドックを受診された方に、よく『然の膳』食事無料券が頂けたりします。 もし、券を頂いたら絶対使う事をオススメします(^^*) 急いで仕事に戻らないで、是非食べてから帰って下さい オマケor試食レベルじゃなく、ちゃんとした量だから。 ただバリウムを飲む検査をしたり、下剤を既に服用している人は、帰宅時要注意です！！ 午前の健康診断で、然の膳無料券を頂いた人は、洋食(トーストメニュー)か和食(うどん、蕎麦メニュー)のどちらかを選択出来ます。 通常のモーニングメニューとは異なりますが、無料で頂くには気が引ける内容です。 うどんを選択した場合、更に『かけうどん』か『昆布うどん』が選択出来ます。 ご飯も、白米か健康米かを選択可能でした。 うどんは、お店を100軒回ってもなかなかない『干し椎茸』と鰹から出汁取りされた『おつゆ』を使われていました。 昆布うどんを選択した為、昆布からも出汁取りされたかは不明。 椎茸を出汁取りで使うお店、今はなかなかないからね。 いい意味で、ちょっとビックリしました(^^;) あとは、クコの実が入ってましたよ。 二日酔いに最高にいいやろねぇ〜って、淡く優しいテイストでした もし、食事のみで訪問される場合は、病院駐車場に車を駐車して、正面玄関を入り、コンビニ看板のある右手階段を下りてね。 食事だけなら、駐車料金は無料か100円だと思います。 JCHO神戸中央病院、かなり良心的ですよ。 現在、感染症対策の為、以下に一つでも該当する方は入店出来ません。ご注意下さい。 37.5度以上の発熱症状のある方 嗅覚や味覚のいづれか一方、もくしは両方に障害が出ている方(新型コロナ等の罹患症状) 咳、鼻水、喉の痛み等、風邪の諸症状やインフルエンザにかかったかもと心当たりのある方等。 『然の膳』 ホームページがありネットショッピングでお取り寄せ可能な商品があります。 ご興味ある方は、各自で検索してみて下さい。 お店の内装は病院内だから仕方ないけど、ココは、もっと沢山のお客さんが入っていい食事内容ですよ。 お店の女性スタッフさんは、どなたも親切で丁寧な方達でした。 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ¥1–1,000
