Kitcheng is our favorite sushi... we go from Florida to Las Condes for this sushi... I personally have been going since 2017. And something happened to us a few days ago... nothing serious but it disappointed my palate... As fans of this sushi.. I love the Nikei fusion and we ordered the sushi with lomo saltado, sad was my surprise when when eating it I quickly realized that the meat was Mongolian meat.. soft nothing to say... But with a flavor of chuño and without even a single vegetable of the lomo saltado... (as if to make it seem like something that is) I mention this to the waitress and she apparently tells me if it is... And nothing more... my complaint did not reach her ear from no one else.. this rolls should be called... Mongolian Beef rolls And the waiters should be more attentive to the diners.
