The customer service is the worst. I thought it would be better not to come here. Drive to Awaji Island on November 3rd (holiday). We had lunch at Kitora-san and waited for our turn, but probably because there were a lot of group reservations, they were given priority and individual customers were completely ignored. Almost all waiting customers have been cancelled. Still, I waited, but he didn't say a word of apology and showed me the way. Since the food was delicious, the poor service was even more noticeable.
