すき焼きが食べたくて「きつね」さんに伺いました。 オーナーは東京でもお店をされているそうで、最初にすき焼きの前に数品の一品料理が出てきました。 「とても美味しい！」というよりは「美味しい」という印象で、正直この時点では少しだけすき焼きが不安に…。 すき焼きのお肉は一人前3枚で、それぞれに合わせて卵が変わります。 また、途中で七味を加えたりと、味変をしながら楽しむスタイルのようです。 最初はお肉の質にほんの少し心配がありましたが、味変の工程に入ってからどんどん美味しく感じられ、最終的には満足できました。 デザートのプリンも美味しく、最後にほっとできる一品でした。 ⸻ I visited Kitsune because I was craving sukiyaki. I heard the owner also runs a restaurant in Tokyo. Before the sukiyaki, several small dishes were served. My first impression was that they were “good,” rather than exceptionally delicious, so I was a bit unsure about how the sukiyaki itself would be. The sukiyaki comes with three slices of beef per person, and each slice is paired with a different type of egg. They also encourage adding shichimi or changing seasonings as you go, which seems to be part of their style. At first, I had some concerns about the quality of the meat, but once the flavor variations started, everything became much tastier and I ended up enjoying it a lot.
