I recently attended this venue with a large group and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. We purchased our tickets online through the official website, which clearly stated that the event would begin at 23:59. In order to be punctual, we arrived 15 minutes early and expected the event to start on time. However, after waiting outside in freezing temperatures for 45 minutes, we were still not allowed inside. When we inquired with a manager about the delay, we were repeatedly told that the event would start "in 10 minutes." However, this estimate kept changing, and no one provided us with a definitive answer. After an hour of uncertainty and discomfort, we decided to leave, as there was no indication of when (or if) the event would actually begin. Additionally, there was an uncomfortable incident that raised concerns about the management's approach. One of our group members went to use the restroom, only to be followed by staff members who seemed to be monitoring him closely. This was especially odd considering that the venue was nearly empty at the time. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, creating an awkward and unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unusual behavior from the staff made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this venue based on our visit. Frequento abitualmente il Kiva Club e lo considero una splendida realtà per la movida di Putignano e dei paesi limitrofi. Il locale, pur non essendo di grandi dimensioni, è organizzato in modo intelligente: crea un’atmosfera coinvolgente, piacevole e mai dispersiva, ideale sia per ballare con i propri amici sia per conoscere nuove persone. Lo staff si distingue per disponibilità e cordialità, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza sempre positiva. L’ambiente è sereno e ben gestito, mentre i prezzi risultano accessibili, aspetto non scontato. Il Kiva Club rappresenta un ottimo compromesso per chi desidera vivere la discoteca a livello locale, senza necessariamente spostarsi nelle grandi città. Una scelta consigliata, soprattutto per gruppi di amici in cerca di una serata divertente. Price per person: €10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delusione totale Siamo stati al Kiva Club con l’intenzione di entrare, ma per ben due volte ci è stato detto di aspettare “mezz’ora”. Nel frattempo, però, vedevamo altre persone entrare senza problemi. Avremmo apprezzato molto di più una risposta chiara — anche un semplice “no” o un’indicazione precisa dei tempi — invece di essere presi in giro così. Un’esperienza davvero poco piacevole e poco professionale.
