Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is the first ramen joint we visited upon moving to Washington state. Kizuki's widespread presence across the Greater Seattle area is indeed notable, making it convenient to find quality ramen. Redmond Town Center is yet another prime spot in their portfolio. Despite being familiar with the area, this was our first visit to this particular location. Arriving for lunch on a weekend, we were promptly seated. The Japanese-inspired decor added to the ambiance, and the staff efficiently served water upon our arrival. The menu, consistent across their locations, offered a variety of options. Opting for a spicy ramen and their popular garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen, we found the flavors rich and satisfying. However, it's worth noting that Kizuki's ramen tends to be saltier compared to other spots, so less sodium option is always our favorite. The spicy ramen provided a balanced kick, while the garlic tonkotsu boasted a distinct garlic flavor. The eggs served alongside were cooked to perfection, a highlight of the meal. Overall, our experience at Kizuki was positive, offering a decent meal at a reasonable price point. While we appreciated the lack of long wait times compared to other locations, it's essential to manage expectations during peak hours.
