Unfortunately, the total disappointment when making arrangements for the funeral service. The appointment was apparently forgotten because a conversation was only held after finding a contact person on site. Unfriendliness throughout the conversation and inflexibility. The funeral service therefore did not take place and we had to find another location. Service: 1
