We were searching for a place to try the "badische Küche" and because of the nice exterior and good looking menu our choice fell on Kleiner Meyerhof. However, the food quality was merely mediocre. We ordered sausages/schäufele with kale and potatoes. On the menu it said fresh ingredients, but you could taste it wasn't fresh at all. The kale, the center of the dish, was badly and boringly seasoned, meat and potatoes were OK. I expected more for a price of 14€ per dish! Drinks were quite expensive 4,20 for a beer. However, I don't know the average price in Freiburg. (-2 stars)That ambiente was ok: strange colours on the walls, plastic flowers on the table and a lurid cloth on the table. The service was really good on the other hand: very friendly waiter! (-1star)Hope it'll get better!
