Had a really great experience at KNOOPS. The drinks were consistently high quality, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent every time I visited. Jann in particular was always welcoming, professional, and very helpful with recommendations. She created such a friendly and comfortable environment, which made the overall experience even better. Definitely one of the nicest spots to visit in Exeter for chocolate and drinks!

Loved this place!! The Spanish latte and chocolate drink were sooo good. Everyone was really friendly, especially the Korean staff member who was super kind and welcoming. Honestly felt like the drinks tasted even better because of the lovely service. Definitely coming back again!!

I’ve eaten and drank here 3 times now and I must say, it is consistently fabulous! Such friendly staff, very engaging, knowledgeable & helpful. The pastries are superb! The biggest almond croissants, pain au chocolates & crufffins I’ve seen in any Exeter coffee shop! Just beautiful! High quality food, the marshmallow mallows are also amazing! The coffee, the different strengths of chocolate on offer, all super delicious. Cannot recommend it highly enough! I’d suggest if you’re in the area, try for yourself
