I was curious about the restaurant's name (it resembles the name of a star that appears in a certain novel), so I decided to go there for lunch. I ordered the "Kobaridon Hamburger Steak" and my companion ordered the "(Seasonal Gozen) Chicken Nanban." Hamburg steak is characterized by its sauce. I thought it might be the flavor of miso and parmesan cheese. The tenderness of the meat and the sweetness of the accompanying vegetables matched it so deliciously that I wanted to eat it again! The hamburger steak seems to be especially popular among women, and the group of women sitting next to me said, "We all want the hamburger!" (lol). The ice plant (succulent) in the salad is unusual, and the dressing is delicious. The chicken nanban was also fried crispy and delicious.
